This recipe is so easy to make. If you love to eat pizza, but feel guilty about the crust, it’s perfect for you.
2 1/2 cups Jollity Healthy Flour
2 1/4 teaspoons yeast
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon honey
1/1/2 cups warm water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Combine the Jollity Flour, yeast, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
In another bowl, add honey and warm water and stir till the honey is dissolved then combine the honey mixture with the flour mixture.
Add the vinegar and oil and mix till it forms a sticky dough.
Rub a bowl with oil and place the dough, then cover with cling film or a kitchen towel and leave to rise for about 30 minutes.
Heat the oven to 170 deg C.
Sprinkle some flour onto baking paper and spread into a large 15′ circle.
Turn the bowl over on top of a floured piece of baking paper and gently pat it into a circle in an outward motion, working from the middle. Push to spread the dough out to the edge making a 15′ circle.
Use your fingertips to press onto the dough to form the crust edge and use your hands to finish shaping and rounding the edges.
Put the baking paper on a pizza pan or baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
Remove pizza crust from the oven and top with your favorite toppings.
Bake for another 5 minutes, until the crust is brown along the edges.
Allow the pizza to cool for 3 minutes before slicing.
